What do you think of my lifts?

Hi,

I;ve been training for about 7 months now and wanted to check on my progress. I've tried to tackle my approach to training in both diet and work outs. I've just turned 17.

Bench - 100kg for 2 reps
Deadlift - 120kg 5x5 or 150kg for 1
Sqaut - 180kg for 1 (niot including bar as it was on squat machine)

I regularly read the site and find it hard to gauge my lifts as so mnay people at different stages in training. I'm constantly looking to imporove both my physique and my lifts and have just started taking creatine (about 4 days in).

Thanks for any input.

Re: What do you think of my lifts?

AS long as your form is good and you are strict with the reps, these are good lifts! At 17 you are nearly as strong as me lol!!
