![]() | Re: ABS? I NEED HELP cheers, any good ideas then for food that doesnt make you put weight on but can help towards you 2 get a six pack??. soz i dont kno much on dieting and abs work thats perhaps where im going wrong. cheers Matty |

I NEED HELP it takes a lot of dedication mate months of constant dieting, there is no specific food, also months of cardio, im into 3 week of diet and cant see them so i just keep going. dont eat saturated fats , eat chicken and rice all the time |

I NEED HELP Nail your diet mate then do some cardio you'll see your abbs then, do cardio 4-5 times a week a good abb workout twice a week things should change in a few months, muscle doesn't grow in a week it takes time, it takes diet and it takes dedication. I laugh at people in the gym when they come out with this statement, "I need my abbs out I go on holiday in 2 weeks". You see them doing 100's of sit ups a session and no cardio, I have to laugh to myself sometimes. |
