![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | whats the key to getting a toned body I have changed my diet now...but if eat too much i am scared off getting fat...all i want is to have a good body i hate my fat belly..and stuff..I have done high reps with low weights and currently done seriosuly low reps with high weights is it stime to do 6/7 reps per set to be honest i hate my body i have always been fat and i am envious of my best mate he always been the opposite tell me what i can do |

IMO for you i would do 8-12 reps, just eat eat eat (and eat a lil more) set a weight goal you would like to be at. Get to say 6/7lbs heavier without worrying too much about bf% - ideally stay below 17%. Once at this above target weight, cut down ![]() Seriously, dont worry about a little fat, its easily knocked off - besides, your an ecto you'll struggle to put fat on ![]() |

Pop something on here so people can see it & we'll give you some good advice. I think you are placing too much credence in how many reps & sets you perform. Your stats & even a picture would make the task of advising a lot easier & more accurate too if it's poss. You say you hate your fat belly, but AH24 says you're an ectomorph. Clearly you have concerns about accumulating fat, but exactly how much you are carrying at the moment is not clear.
