Training 1st- Back & Bis (deadlifts,pullups,curls,rows,shrugs) 2nd - Chest,Tris,Delts (Flat Bench,Incline Bench,Dips,Shoulder Press,Flys,Pushdowns) 3rd - Legs (Squats,Leg Press,Straight Legged Deadlifts,Hamstring Curls,Calves) Supplements any multivitamin & multimineral. whey protein creatine (i prefer CEE) fish oil gels that should start you off.questions?
