Muscle memory...

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone knows how long it takes to return to previous strength/size after time off?

I was going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week, and shifting a good amount of iron.....but had about 3or4mths off (did NOTHING  )
Now i'm getting back into it...good diet AND good training.

How long until it will make a difference/show improvements?

Cheers all.

Re: Muscle memory...

Unanswerable question mate, down to a large number of factors diet/genetics/routine/amount of time off etc, just stick at it and hammer the protein and you'll get back to where you were in no time.

Re: Muscle memory...

When I started training after about 4 years off I was back to my max strength in about 5 to 6 weeks.
