is sex the best kind of fitness training there is..I mean after i feel totaly dead just like a workout well i think its the most fun work out by far sorry if some of u guys dont like this post but i was just wondering what u guys thought

You can burn 250 cals in a sex session depending on endurance and effort I have neither

Seriously though, each time you ejaculate you rid the body of 3mg Zinc, with only 10mg being the RDA and most people not eating that. Morale is if you are gonna use sex as your only form of cardio and frequently then you need to supplement zinc. Zinc is needed for test production and all sorts of muscle building science.

Same applies for hand shandys too

Sorry, but you guys are all wrong.

Not long ago I joined a weight loss club. The lady behind the desk said to me 'do you want the £10 treatment or the £50 treatment'.

As I was new to these types of clubs I opted for the £10 treatment. She said, ok just go into the the room on the left and take your clothes off. I did this and within 10 minutes a lovely tall leggy blonde came in. She was half naked and she said 'if you can catch me round this table you can have sex with me'. Well, eventuall after 15 minutes running I caught her and sh@gged her good and proper. I lost 1kg that afternoon!!

The next week I returned. I told the lady behind the desk that I was that impressed that I would go for the £50 treatment. I paid my money, went into the room on the right and proceeded to strip naked.

Imagine my horror when a big 6 foot, 20 stone black man came in with a 12inch willy and said 'you know the rules son, get running'!!!!!






Now that has to be worth a rep point doesnt it!

Thanks guys. This one is for real............I had not had sex for ages (the missus has had colds and bad backs and the like) until last night.

I have just done a rough calculation of the calories expended during the session and I have had to round it up to 10. It lasted about 2 minutes.

Good to see I have not lost it hey lads!!!
