![]() | Newb teen with gym membership Basically here's what I am doing. 20 Minutes of elliptical machine at moderate-high effort (HIIT every other day) 10 minutes of stair machine moderate-high effort 10 minutes of bike (HIIT) High effort Pec dec Bicep Curl pull over Shoulder press leg curl leg extension leg press ab crunch machine Inclined bench with medicine ball Don't know the name... You hang, and bring your legs straight out, lower abs Also, I do a full body routine. All in one day, then just cardio the next, then cardio and full body ect.. should I do sets? How many? I want to start free weights now that I know what machines I'm gonna use. What should I be doing with them? I am 15 161lbs 5'8" If you need pics I can get 'em I want to lose extra fat in stomach and gain some muscle. Beachbody really, but more so So, let me know guys Thanks a lot. Alan ___________ |

However, you might as well get in the habit of doing things properly and have plenty of compound moves in your routine. Take a look at the "How to Grow" link in my sig. It should get you started with the basics.
