Swimming after training

Hi,
Just wondering if someone can give me a little advice. Is It ok to swim on the day after training? are their any benifits from this or does this cause problems?

any responce would be apreciated thx

na u'll be fine just make sure your muscles aren't too fatigued from the previous day that u swim too far and drown
