![]() | Training whilst pregnant Just found out last week that my girlfriend is pregnant she is a hardcore trainer herself but is confused as to trainin g now pregnant. Are there any exercises or techniques that shouldn't be performed whilst expecting. Our first appointment with midwife is tomorrow and we should find out how far gone she is. Any advice on this topic is greatly appreciated dale. |
