![]() | Hi, needing advice on how to achieve maximum bulk as quick as possible at home. I am only able to train at home at the moment due to my present job, although I have a new job that starts in 3 months time. For my new job I feel the need to look big and a little imposing to deter unruly behaviour towards me. I have a very good diet (Taken tips from other forum) high carbs, protien and reletively low in fat(3500+ kcals per day, approx. 100g protien, 50g fat)I train 3 times a week- Monday - Chest/Triceps Tuesday - off Wednesday - Biceps/Back Thursday - off Friday - Shoulders/Legs Saturday - off Sunday – off I have 190kg in weights and a bench in my garage along with a very good training partner. I have quite a good level of fitness, pig headed determination and am in it for the long haul! If anyone would like to post a suitable training schedule and any supplement tips I would be very grateful and will keep you up dated on my progress. ![]() |

My body weight is approx 73 kg. This equates to roughly 150g of protein per day (pleas eplease correct me if this is wrong guys). Foodwise, I try to eat clean. My main protein source come from chicken and fish. I regulary go to costco and buy £15 packs of chicken and salmon. I then go home and break them down into 125g bags. When I want a meal I simply pull out a bag and some clean carbs such as porridge, rice, pasta or potatoes and bung them in the microwave. I work from home and get fed up of cooking so doing it this way speeds up the cooking process.

You seriously need to think about 350-400g per day to really get results. You should hope to aim for around 4000cals per day, keep your food sources clean -get your carbs from fruit + veg and your protein from lean sources of meat like tuna, chicken, turkey etc. Make sure your routine includes heavy compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses.
