![]() ![]() | Good News....For Me! Well, as stated above, good news for me. I have been training properly for the last 3 months, and for the last month or so have been in Afghanistan. Equipment isnt the best, but it serves the compound exercises ok, so its not all bad. Food is also good, I brought some CEE out, and I got a good deal out here on whey. So lo and behold, I am having a chinwag with the room mate, and he asks me if I am going for size or definition. (Being a skinny limbed but podgy bellied weakling, I am going for size as a start off) I told him size, and he said my back, shoulders and chest were bulking up nicely. He actually started pointing out areas where there had been an increase, forearms(still skinnyish), biceps, and I am well happy with my shoulders. Its the first recognition that I am doing something right, because you dont necessarily notice yourself as you look every day. Just thought I'd share my happiness with you! Heres to Xmas not f***ing it all up!!!!! |
