vapour100 is on a distinguished road
Hey i need some help.

I'm 14 well 15 later this month and decided i wanted some more muscle. Basically i'm 6"4 (Theres no typos there) and i want to get stronger and look blukier so i can fill out abit more. Also i am pretty strong, because i work in a butchers and the main tasks by me is carrying 60KG boxes around. Anyway enough of the intro.

What i need to know is what excercices can i do for fast effective body building?

Also something else everytime i try to do a pushup i can't get my arms to fully bend till i'm nearly touching the floor well i'm no where near off :S but as i said i have no problems about carrying large boxes at work so whats up with me?

Thanks

Re: Hey i need some help.

Are you currently a member at a gym, or follow any workout plans, diet?
Your probably not as strong as you think you are, no offence. Push ups aren't going to turn you into a bodybuilder, hard graft will.

Post some basic information on your diet and training and you'll get quite a bit of advice. About 7 months ago I started bodybuilding I'm now 17 and I've come on leaps and bounds.

However, if your skinny and keen on filling out, you need to up your calorie intake to bulk up, but like I said post up some info and you'll get some indepth advice.

Re: Hey i need some help.

Best advice I can give you bud, stay out of the gym as far as weights are concerned. Until your epiphyseal growth plates seal, you could potentially cause irregularities in bone shape. I won't give you the 'it'll stunt your growth' speech as your already eleven feet tall but the epiphyseal growth plates still may not have sealed. This can be as late as 17-18 in some cases.

Yep, as above.

Seriously could cause a massive injury.
