| loving bodybuilding | weight well ive been doing a lot to try to gain weight. everytime i gain some weight i lode it over night. i dont no what i should do. shoudl i try to get an extra 1000 calories a day, start making my own weight gaining shakes. could someone help me. |

And before you go on one, I know that it is your lifestyle being in the army etc. Are the 'bulking foods' your eating coming from quality calories? Post up your diet. (this has been asked before)

| loving bodybuilding | Re: weight like i said before i really dont have a set diet just eat. umm i dont think its good food either. i mostly eat canned foods. umm anything i see that doesnt take me a while to cook i eat. like this morning i ate 4 poptarts and some water for breakfast. when i go home ill just look for something in the closet. i have a really high motabalism. i will start writing down what i eat cuz i dont pay attentin to what i eat. |

At least if you use Granary Bread you're getting reasonable carbs and the chicken will provide the protein. There are many options before pop tarts...

Infact, making a protein shake with blended oats in it will take twice as quick to make than poptarts. I'm not exactly wandering around singing to the birds in the morning mate. I too am rushing, that's why a shake with blended oats is so much easier than making porridge, eating that, and having a shake before/after.

But beings that you dont know what you are eating I guess this weight loss can be expected then. Make a routine of eating. On Saturday I cooked up 9 chicken breasts and a steak, that is 5 days of food (protein), then I toss apples, oranges, tomato's and protein powder in my lunch. All I have to do is just toss it in my lunch box. Pop tarts are not really even food if you ask me, might as well down some sugar water.

| loving bodybuilding | Re: weight yea i understand that a right diet is huge to get big. i just made this awsome weight gainer shake yesterday. im going to start making one every morning. umm i got a great workout to. umm i made a couple of turkey breasts that im going to eat when i get home today. i need to quit making excuses and just start listening and doing it right cuz im pretty much cheating my self right now. |
