![]() | Work out days help. Just wondering does it matter if i change my days round week from week 2 week here is my example. Normal week: Work out days - > Sunday Tuesday Thursday But some times i'm out really late on some of them days. so say i'm out late on Tuesday so i cant work out on Tuesday i change the work out days to. Sunday Wednesday Friday Is this alright ?? And then go back to the normal work out the next week. |

You have 24 hours or more which is fine depending on your training status and programme. If you are rotating bodyparts you have no problem, on a whole body routine you would need to extend the gap to 48hrs imho. The important thing is you are doing your workouts!
