![]() | Got another dilema, i train in my garage, i have loads of free weights and a place to do wide grip pull ups, i cant do heavy bent over rows as my back starts to kill, is there any other way to get a real good lat workout, and get my width back, without the use of a lat pulldown? do all the useal, one arm rows, t-bars, 45dergre incline row, pullovers, wide grip chins, is it just a case of getting a lat pulldown? |

![]() | I find they hit my bi's alot more than my lats no matter how hard i try to take them out of the equation. Are they not more disigned to hit your lower lats like the seated row? |
