back, shoulder, lats

does anyone have any good lat back and shoulder builders. i havent seen a difference in how much weight im doing or a change in my body. please give me some good work outs

i do alot of pull ups and lat pulldowns for my lats. for my shoulders i do shoulder press, barbell rear delt row.

Deadlifts! since joining my new gym with proper racks, olympic weights ive been doing proper heavy deads and have seen an improvment in my back and shoulders...

i love dead lifts soo much fun. i dont no y but i really do like to do em. i havent done them in a while tho so yea i will start thos upp asap again thanx.

i've lowered the weight and increase the reps and have noticed some difference in my shoulders. as for lat pull up, have u tried varying how wide and how high u pull up. on the subject of pull ups, do you guys notice any difference underhand or overhand grip?

no i usually just do wide grip lat pull downs. umm and with my pull ups i turn my hands sideways cuz i do my pull up on my ladder that i put on my celean so i could do pull ups lol.

Hi mate, i think underhand out a lot more empahsis on your bi's than overhand
