Arrow HELP a newbie!!

Hi everyone i have been lifting weights for a bit now just in my room and i want to progress!! Which would be the better option for getting bigger muscles. A weight bench and weights or a complete home gym machine. Please tell me, thanks.

Welcome to the forums mate. Its a nice bunch of guys here.

Personally, If I was you, Id join a gym, I get 200% more motovation by using a gym than training at home.

Agreed - a gym all the way. For £200 which you could end up spending on equipment you could almost get a years membership at a cheap gym.

If you really want to train at home though go for the bench, bar and weights everytime.

Welcome mate, you can train at home and some lads on here do with good success but agree with the above ref joining a gym.

but to answer your question I would say a weight bench and a good set of free weights
