![]() | Benching 100Kg Without a spotter :-(Ouch:-( Im benching about 90 - 100 WITH OUT a spotter, as i work out at home. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | dont think so mate, maybie if you baught a cage this could be used with a bench in the middle and supporting/safty bars either side - but it would comprimise your technique. the only thing you could do would be to only do weight you are comfortable with, and not go for max rep (ever). but if you do try be sure to leave the safty catches of the ends of the barbell incase you need to tilt it from side to side for the weights to drop off. (ask your father/mother / wife ec to watch you on heavy sets. |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | easy dont put clips on the end of the weights... then when u fail badly and cant get it on the rack let them slide off
