love handles part 2.

i train in the morning its only way for work,go into gym for 9am 20mins cardio,then into gym untill 10 30,the problem i have is breakfast i now have oats with three eggs mixed and scoop of protein and its nice lol,but my fat around the stomach dont seem to be budging seems to be getting worse pot belly and my weight is staying bang on 14stone 4 -5,i have a post workout shake at 1030 could it be this?if i leave my breakfast out(as truewarrie didrecomend)but i cant then have anything untill 1oclock ish,so gonna be a problem.i am having loads of protein,anywayi will post my diet.
8am 60g oats mixed with 3 full eggs and scoop of whey
1030 protein shake with glutamine
1230-1pm 6oz steak with peas,lettuce or chicken breasts
5pm i tin tuna and 1 tinmackrel with 2 eggs lettuce tomatoes cottage cheese,glutamine
8pm wheyshake and apple or almonds
10 tin tuna or makeral or three scrambled eggs,
could i just be eating to much? i weigh 89.4kg,5ft8
i do feel much stronger now can bench 120kg,squat 110,deadlift 110 maybe little more but dont want to snap lol,thanks in advance forany help,dave

Bodyfat loss is controlled almost 100% by diet.
Sorry, there is no getting around this, this is just where men store their fat.
So, you have to get away from storing the fat and switch to burning it.

Try a lower carbohydrate approach and eat more frequently with smaller meals. But I can see you are already pretty low in the carbs.
Never skip breakfast.

You are just about the exact same size as me and weight.

Ok, shoot for two pounds a week weight loss, after about 5 weeks shoot for a pound a week till you get to your target weight.

Losing fat around the middle is slow, frustrating but (as i'm finally learning) the key is consistently sticking to a good clean diet, maintaining a good level of cardio and being patient (liposuction anyone?) LOL
