Well done on your weight loss and new fitness program, it does seem like you have the groundwork covered. Abdominal fat, well, the abs are the last storage area for fat on a lot of men. It sounds like your diet and exercise program could use some tweeking. I would increase your cardio to at least 20 min, most recommend 30 min a day. Scott/Hackskii will tell you to experiment with low carb dieting, and if you are carb sensitive, this just might be the thing for you. How about increasing the intensity at which you are lifting weights? x x x T |

I am not as good with workouts as some of the lads, however, if you post what you are doing, I am sure you will be given some suggestions. You may also want to try eating more real food, I find that I lose more bodyfat when most of my meals are solids. x x x T |

Your diet isn't horrific, but some tweaks could be made (e.g. oats instead of museli which tends to be full of sugar, and add protein to your breakfast etc etc). Also (although you don't specify the quantities you're eating), it does appear as though you may be eating too little. Take a look at some of the posts (especially by hackskii, pscarb and tinytom) in the diet board. These are gold. As for your training, if you're genuinely getting stronger and the weights are going up each session, don't change a thing there.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 7.40 20 min cardio (dont say you dont have any equipment, run ure block, run in your garden.) (8am)muesli glutamine.= 90g oats + 60g whey shake. (1030)i have a whey shake = *60g whey shake + half a cup of unsalted peanuts or almonds. (12)chicken breast = 2 chicken breasts + veggies (5pm)sals,3eggs or veggie burger, glutamine and water = scrambled eggs (3 whole eggs+6 egg whites) + steak/salmon (8pm)whey shake, tin of mackeral.= 2/3 tins of mackerel + lots of water * better to replace with a tuna shake, 2 cans of tuna + water + blender. this is just a quick improvement of ure current diet,it can easily be improved upon. what time is your workout, pwo shake? try not to rely on whey so much it's really best used at breakfast and post workout. look into buying fish oils in bulk. i agree with big, your calories are too low, this can actually hinder the fat burning process. true ![]()
