![]() | help with my diet pleeeease Hi to all i am new here and it looks a great site.. i was wondering if any ladies out there colud help me with my diet and training, heres my problem i weigh 8 stone 10lb i am 5ft 2'' and i would like to lose some weight off my thighs as they are abit on the thick side also maybe some off my tummy any help with what i should be eating and how much cardio etc would be wondrefull loads of love sarah X |
