i do shugs on shoulder day,...

and deadlifts look after the traps on back day,.....

sometimes stick upright rows into the mix too

I do shrugs on shoulder day too.

I nearly always do upright rows - so again as Raikey said this will help as will deads.

i would do shrugs etc on shoulder day personnaly.

However, like the first couple of replies I do shoulders and back on the same day so I cant confuse the issue!!

So, now I dead lift and my traps get hammered more than anything.
Most all of my development came from dead lifts.

i personally don't train my traps - i know they get hammered from deads... and if i'm not doing dead they'll get hammered from plenty of other compound lifts - such as Rows and overhead presses
