![]() | chest and arms hi jst wonderin if any1 can give me some tips on building more mass on my arms as my shoulders are overpowering them? also want to improve mass size with chest, am workin hard 4 sets 4 exercises yet seems to be a plateau in growth also is it possible to get lose bodyfat while gaining muscle? sorry 4 all the questions jst want to learn more thanks guys |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think it all depends on how heavy the lifts are mate, not weight in general, but wether you're pushing yourself enough...also if you add 30 mins cardio after weights (take your shake inbetween) you should lose bf whilst building....even better if you can do cv am, weights pm..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I do chest once a week, but I do 20 heavy sets, ( 4excercises 5 sets each, 8-12 reps depending on weight) I also split my arms, do 4 excercises of bi's and next day the same with tri's....some people may say that's over training, but my arms are at 19 inches so I can only say what works for me mate
