| Recovery Rate Hey there,
I was pretty busy last week so didnt get time to work out...so basically took a break for a week, when i started back this week i continued using the same weights when i had left the week before, and may be this has caused my body to be more sore than usual, i was wondering if there could be any ways or techniques to make the muscles recover faster, may be some kind of massage i could do or some other treatment or some kind of yoga or stuff...i dont even know if i'm making sense or not, so just reply back ok :p
