Here's my stats:- Weight: 13st 4lb's Height: 5'11" Bench: 110kg x 5, 130kg x1 Shoulder military press: 100kg x1 Squats: 110kg x3 Deadlift: 140kg x3 Can you guys tell me what you think plz. I'm starting to really work my legs now because i'm sick of them being twigs lol! Bein trying to bulk through the summer and i'm gonna try and cut to hell through the winter so ive got plenty of time to be ripped by next summer! Is this a good idea? | Your Friendly neighbourhood pusha! | there gr8 lifts m8! looks strong, i just hope there all kept in good strict form, as iv seen guys squat 160KG but all they do is go down a couple of inches a pop back up! so whats the point of lifting heavy when its not in correct form (not saying u aint)

| UK-M Swimsuit model | Hello mate, from Perth? My gran used to live in Creiff! I know the place well! Not bad lifts my man, Squats are your low point, but you'll get there. Your not unlike everyone else tho, you start at the gym and do chest and arms then after a couple of years you realise that the rest is just as important. When you start training them they will go up quick! Deads and Bench are awesome, are you natural?
