overall shoulder excercises will build them up such as the press, etc....but to get the side delts up which gives the width, then you need to incorporate side raises into your workout...

You're right about the swimming, it does give good width. I think that rows with a shoulder width or narrower stance may catch the lateral deltoids, although i would require backing up.

Seems a little dodgy...

Be careful if you get sent anything asking for money or offering you to buy something.

Sorry FUR_IS4_ANIMALS;214212 if we are on your case for no reason, but there are so many scammers who are on the net people have to be careful

Im afraid we are going to need head measurements before we are able to advise you on how to develop your shoulders to get big enough for the head :p

Just kidding :p

Swimming is a good excercise yes, but weight training is the only real way to put on serious mass. Your frame is determined by your genetics, so your kind of stuck with that, and the only way to make the shoulders look bigger is to add muscle to them which involves proper nutrition and training.

I would do standing military presses.
Side lateral raises would be my next exercises.

I dont think swimming will give you what you are looking for.....sorry....

Hey Mr White

One thing I have noticed about young men is that they are often quite lean looking until about 21 and then they just sort of fill out.

Sorry about the analogy lads, but have you ever watched a dog grow from a puppy? Especially big dogs, you see this happen, they grow to their height and then just get broader.

This is going to happen to you too.

ALSO I am sure you look fine. A lot of people don't really see themselves correctly, and are almost always their own worst critic.

16 is a perfect age to start training with weights.

Yes swimming is a great exercise, it will build some muscle, especially if you train with a speed swimming club, not just go and do a few lengths in the pool.
