Unhappy some advice please !!!!!!!!!!!!!

alright peeps. im a new member and new to weight training, AND I NEED HELP !!!!!!

ive bin training now for about 3 months, not constantly but enough, nothings happening, so i bought some dianobol, deca, and testosterone of my mate whos a big guy,+ a massive tub of protien shake.
i train by my self in a local gym for about 45 mins each day, but find it hard to keep motivated because i cant see any result, am i being to impatiant or am i doin somehting wrong,
any suggestions people as im losing faith and also is there any serious side effects from taking steroids

dude, I dont mean to be condesending but you are not ready for the gear.

I have been training properly for 18 months and apart from not wanting to use gear, I feel that I would want to get as far as I could cleanly before taking anything.

Sort your diet out first, then looking at your training routine and then look at what natural supplements you need to help you.

Get that right and then in a year or two think about the gear.

I am no to good on the gear and what each does to you but I would damn google them first to get all the info I could before I just stuck stuff in my body without knowing about it.

At the end of the day steroids are drugs which have been developed for a purpose. I doubt that they were designed purely for bb's to grow on and therefore as with any/most drugs there will be side effects.

oh yeah - plus after you have been training and eating right for so long there is not such thing a a 'huge tub of protein' only small ones. It will work out best for you if you buy the 'huge tubs' all of the time as even the big ones dont last too long!!!

Post your stats, diet and your routine. There are plenty of people here who will give you good advice rather than trying to sell you something which will damage your health seriously if taken incorrectly.

Thumbs up thanks peeps, keep it coming

cheers for the advice, keep it coming, my goals are to be a lot bigger than i am, im 6,4" and 15 stone, most of the weight is down to 'beer' unfortunatly, i dont have a set routine that i stick to at the gym so that could be my problem, but i do eat like a horse, ill take the critisism and expert advise that you lot give as its all for my benifit

Eating enough is one problem - but what you eat is the key. What does an average day's diet look like? Be honest.

A set routine is needed IMO - it helps you see how you are progessing as well as targeting selected body parts. It will need changing from time to time - usually when it stops working.

Do you do a full body workout each time you train? I'd suggest searching google for a 3 or 4 day split workout/routine - take a look at the options and when you find something you like the look of come back here post it up. There will be someone who can tweak it slightly for you.

here goes,

i go after work about 6.30 monday to friday,
monday - arms and shoulders
tuesday - arms and chest
wednesday - on the rowing machine, swimming
thursday - legs
friday - a bit of everything
thats roughly what i do ,

my diet, i sometimes miss breakfast, but i have cerial or toast, midday i have a tuna baguette at work ,after training i have big meal if i can lots of meat, my biggest vice is chinese, i know i should eat lots of meat so i try.

im early twentys, and i dont smoke, but i do like a drink

ive only took the roids for two weeks now , so should i stop, as its a six week course

I don't know much about roids, so cant really help you there. I'd come off them. PCT might be needed?

Too much arm work. No back routine?

A split something like:

Chest/Tris
Back/Bis
Day off
Shoulders/Abs
Legs
Day off
Day off

Add some cardio in after doing weights or on your days off to lose some Body Fat. You need lean meat - Chicken, Tuna, Steak/Beef. Always have breakfast! Porridge oats mixed with a little reduced sugar jam. Try and have a couple of meals between breakfast and dinner, not just a tuna sandwich. Invest in some Whey Protein.

Not enough protein.

I would also shoot for 5 meals and they can be a bit smaller in size but have protein, fat and carbs in there.

Pretty vague on the workokut.
What do you do for chest and the rest of your body parts exactally?
