hello basicaly looking for some help hopefully not just another newbie!

Age: 20
sex: lots...joke male
height: 5ft9"
weight 10 stone

since i left school at 16 ic realy slimmed out iv never been fat but thinking back i was quite stocky bit of a hard knock at school actualy but now a few years have past and all my friends from skool have all grown up matured phycialy etc we are all very diffrent sizes and im rarther skinny now! the only good thing is i have realy broad shoulders basic muslce tone and feel kind of firm strong for my size if you get me iv never been a weed but the thing is i have a realy fast matabalism i can eat **** loads of food weather its healthy or junk and will not put ANY weight on what so ever iv gone threw stages of going to the gym for a couple of months and i just seem to get more tonned dont realy put on any mass i dont know if it has anything to do with my matabalism i keep thinking all the protien i eat just comes straight out my body due it my fast matabalism which is why i find it hard to build muslce evern if i do train alot so basicaly its come to the point where im starting to feel uncomfatuble with my body! im ok if im topless because i have some tone but when i have clothes on i just look so skinny! so id like to start doing things proply and have a routine work out but most of all i want to try some suppliments to try and fight my fast matabalism this is where id like you help do theese supliments realy work iv been told creatine is a good one is this true? iv looked at protein bars and stuff but im not sure whats best for me i think my main problem is my matabalism! are there any suppliments you would recomend me to use and how often do you use them any other help you could give me from hearing what i have said about my self would be much appriciated cheers.

if you choose the right Supplements they can be a great way to increase weight and muscle tone
But dont forget they are supplements and should be used exactly as that ie, supplementing a good diet
Any high calorie protein & Carbohydrate supplement should be the first addition to your everyday routine
If you post up your diet and current training routine we can have a look at it and point out any necesssary changes
