dont want to be skinny :(

im im 15 and am about 9 and a half stone and 6ft and im very skinny and i dnt want to be skinny and no matter how hard i try i just cant seem to gain muscle.

what should i do?


and also des anyone know of a whole body workout that i could do with just a set of dumbbells as that is all i have?

as for ur matter of being skinny.

have 6 high protein high calorie meals a day..

drink BUCKET LOADS of water..

stick to basic weight lifting as your still very young and beginner.

goodluck mate

P.S try do a 3days split routine.. work each muscle group once a week and no more.

agreed, you need to build yourself up and you'll do this by doing plenty of hard/heavy assed weight exercises. You could do with joining a gym b/c your strength will go up quickly when you first start and there loads more options available to ya. thats not to be said that a lot of exercises can be accomplished using dumbbells, albeit you'll need to buy some more plates for em in order to increase your strength and progress
