Post Over training triceps?

Hey guys, I do a push, pull, leg routine just want to know if my triceps are getting over worked and I’m stopping development or something I feel fine after the workout and always complete all my sets.

Wednesday
Chest Shoulders Triceps

Bench Press (flat bench) 3 x 5
Shoulder press 3 x 5
Dips 3 x 5
Closegrip bench press 3 x 5
SkullCrushers 3 x 5

training to many body parts mate on one day.one of the muscles is guna get tierd out quicker and this is your tricep because its the smallest of the three.change your routine mate.

push/pull/legs split - the best imo....

with that push day you have to remember that you triceps are being hammered bigtime from the first 3 exercises...

if your weights were going up on these with no tricep exercises - they would still grow (maybe even better) due to the progressive resistance...

imo drop the last two exercises for a bit, drop the weight a little on the first three and load back up again slowly - the first two weeks will be easy, but it'll give the triceps a rest during this period...

if you really want to keep one in pick one tricep exercise (which imo you already have with the dips being in there...)

your tricep area is a small muscle group - why do more exercises for them than you would do with the larger shoulder and chest groups? ;)

after the first 3 exercises the triceps will be done imo if anything add a set or two of just the skullcrushers but i wouldnt of thought it would be neccesary if you are progressing on the bench,ohp and dips your triceps will be growing i reckon mate .
