Fix your diet and do some weight training.

Take a read of the links in my sig, especially the first one, and look at some of the sticky's in the diet forum. That should get you started.

mehmaan wat is ur goal? do u want to pack n muscle??
if for the time being ur main goal is to lose weight.. then have you considered a 3weeks full body detox?
this way not only will you lose weight but you will limit wat u eat so that wen u have finished the detox u can then slowly slowly re-introduce ur body to the foods u WANT to be eating (more healthier foods).
great way to lose weight and detoxify your body (which should be done once a year). with this you can do cardio providing you're taking vitamin tablet daily, plenty of water and i'd consider a bowl of oatmeal in the mornings with a zero fat pure protein shake.

Muscle burns fat, so i suggest building muscle first and skipping the cardio. when you built up some muscle then trim up the fat, easier that way.

If your diet is s**t, you will struggle to progess. It's the single most important thing to get in shape.

It's very hard, if not impossible to lose from only specific areas - imo. Although some people different storage patterns, only reducing your overall body fat % level will get rid of unwanted flab from your belly!

Are you wanting to increase your muscle mass or just simply get rid of the belly?

Increase the number of meals you have and eat sensible foods in sensible portions. Do you take any supplements at all, such as Whey Protein? This could play an important part in your diet if you are wanting to shed some lbs.

The cardio is best done in a morning on an empty stomach. 30-45 mins should be plenty at a heart rate which is 60% of your max - often known as fat burn on machines in the gym.

Post an average days diet and your training if you are doing any other than your cardio. There are a lot of people here who should be able to point out where you are going wrong.

as big and invisiblekid said fix your diet 1st if you need any advice on what you should be eating then people on this site will be able to help, also most of the questions you will want to ask have probably already been asked on several occassions so read through some of the old threads.

do you want to build muscle? how much do you want to biuld? are you willing to change your diet? and take advice/critisism? how hard are you willing to work to get the results you want?

Thankz for all the replies..

I think u guys are right when you say alot of it has got to do with my diet. The first change 'm going to make is wat I eat. I feel a person is what he eats.

The detox sounds real good but not ready to start that until a couple of months due to sum personal probs.

I dont wana bulk up just really wana get into shape. I tried weights sum time ago whilst on the cardio and I was building muscle but with the fat on top it was maing me look fatter. So was thinkg of loosing more fat before weights ne opinions.

Appologies I might be asking Q's that have allready been asked here before?

how much are you looking to lose?
when you change your diet around and do cardio which makes your heart race at about 60% of your maximum bpm you will burn fat at a very optimized rate.. then to add to this you can apply supplmentation to help you i.e. fat stripper and so on.
but yeh first thing is first clean up your diet.. write down mon-sunday a full diet program, obviously you may not stick to those exact meals every day but then everday when you're about to eat, have a look at that rotar and try to eat meals that fit into what you've written down for example if say on tuesday you've written a tuna & salad sandwich or something.. you can always replace that with salmon & salad sandwich.. or if you've got a bowl of oatmeal for the morning you can change it for porridge.. past for rice.. dont limit what you eat to specific foods.. even dieting can be fun ;)

goodluck

also there's a recipie section on this site that will give ideas on what to do with different foods and often something likes that helps if your trying to stick to a diet as it takes away the eating the same things with the same flavours all the time and makes your food more enjoyable and exciting
