![]() ![]() | i joined agym when i was 15 and 11 stone i'm now 25 and 17 and a half, and i'm still improving and learning more about the sport every day. just stick with the basics and you wont go wrong.your going to need to do 1 of 2 things either get some equipment and a decent book on exercise technique or join a gym and get some proper instruction. as already said have a look through the forum and if you have any specific questions we'll be glad to help |

Most people don;t recommend major weight training until 16. A good diet is the most important thing for growing muscle, you really are what you eat, so good quality protein (meat, eggs, milk, nuts, seeds and beans) is a must at every meal. I think you could do a whole body workout with dumbells. I will see if the lads post more, if not, I will put up some exercises T |

| Looking Freaky | I have a friend who does a whole body workout using dumbells.. soon as they come online i will have them email me the link to the website they found the workouts from and il post it for u. personally i'd say your a bit young to start training, although i started at 15 aswell but i think you might want to wait a bit, concentrate on your eating and create a healthy diet.. get into a routine for that then introduce weight lifting at a basic level because you're still growing and being skinny i have no doubt you're bones are fragile. also im sure ive heard weight lifting can stunt growth in a teen.. at 15 being 6ft is good but im sure by 18 u cud b 6'2 and those 2" can make a bigg diffrence in ur appearance in the long run. end of the day your call mate and everyone here will give you the best advice they can. as said above if you have any questions then shoot. Post up your eating pattern's n we'll take a look maybe something needs ammending.
