1. PCT - Post Cycle Theropy - so you don't lose your gains, your balls or grow tits - i believe.

5 & 6. Wide Gripe Pull ups, Full Deadlifts and bentover rows are what I would consider the core back movements. Lat Pulldowns / Vertical Traction machines will also work the lats.

I've currently never done AAS. However, I've been doing loads of research, a lot of which comes from these boards. If I'm a bit wrong on something, correct me you veterans ;)

1. PCT = Post Cycle Therapy. The goal of it is to bring your test levels back up and restore proper HPTA (hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis) function. HPTA is responsible for the development and regulation of a number of your body's systems ... One being the reproductive system ;). Don't forget about running some HCG, throughout. Bascially, the purpose of it is to return the body's endogenous hormonal balance to its original state.

2. Shutdown - Refers back up there to your HPTA. When you're "shutdown" your sex drive is non-existent bro. Your test levels are gone. You'll hear this a lot when there's talk of DECA. DECA is notorious for shutting down bodybuilders very very hard. If you're not careful, it will take you a long, long time to recover from it. Some people get shut down harder than others ...

3. I think you're referring to 17-HD ... It's a natural Test booster, such as Tribosome or Trib.

4. Water Retention - Occurs when you're holding on too much water. This is bad news bears for bodybuilders. Too much water will leave you looking smooth/bloated. Reduction in Sodium will help to alleviate this ...

5. Lats = Pull ups/Pull ups/Pull ups ... They are the end all be all lat exercise ... Depending on what kind of developement you're wanting out of them will dictate your grip. A wide grip will widen your lats ... A narrower grip will thicken them up.

6. Back workout = Deadlifts/Bent Over Rows/Pulls Ups/ ... Deadlifts are key to a big thick back. Look at Ronnie/Johnnie Jackson/Jay Cutler ... They all have very dense backs, That dense hanging look comes from deadlifts. Compare them to Melvin Anthony who doesn't do deadlifts ... True he has an extremely wide back, but the dense look just isn't there. Not to mention his 27 " waist, gives the even bigger illusion at the width of his back.

Post cycle therapy mate, its for when you are about to finish a cycle and you want to get the boys downstairs in working order (I think maybe also for holding onto some of your cycle gains?)

Dont forget, back exercises do work the biceps as well, but if your arms feel weak before your back on back exercises you might want to look at your form.

I struggled to make my lats grow or even feel like they'd been worked. As Toregar said - pull ups are the key. Depends if you are strong enough to pull yourself up. Do you have a Pull Up Counter Weight Machine at your gym? Failing that, a Vertical Traction machine?

What does your back day look like craigarro?
