brad pitt in troy
what do u guys think of the way brad pitt bulked up for troy? i think its amazing, and i'd love to achieve something along those lines eventually. ive been reading that he went on a low carb diet. now, i know that everyone says we should eat carbs, protein, and veggies, but this kind of makes me think better of it. if thats the key to looking as good as he does on troy, why shouldnt i go for it?

I am almost always on a low carb diet

These rich hollywood stars have access to the best nutritionalist advice in the world. Whenever hollywood actors have to bulk they always manage to do it without adding any bodyfat, thats what they pay their (sarcasm) hard-earned money for.
Clean bulking is pretty simple, though. For example, if you keep an account of everything you eat and you notice you are gaining a little bodyfat then you are obviously taking in a few too many calories, all you need to do is cut back a little (without cutting back on protein calories) and it will be ok. But to do this you have to accout for everything you eat and you have to eat to a routine.

but that is a bit unfair on pitt, i think his body in fightclub and troy could be obtainted naturally

I got leaner with GH and didnt diet at all.
A little test, a little GH, it is do able.
