So my body should be producing more HGH then right? Could someone also post about the benefits of the body producing more HGH?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | When you're dreaming (REM sleep), you're not in deep sleep - you're actually pretty easily woken up from REM. You go through multiple cycles every night of the different stages of sleep, with the most important ones being deep sleep and probably REM. Usually, remembering what you dreamt about usually just means that you woke up during or shortly after an REM stage. The fact that you're remembering more dreams recently is probably just a coincidence. I don't know anything about the production of HGH during these stages, but most bodily repair takes place during deep sleep, so probably the most HGH would be released then.
