![]() | Have any of you tried HST? I spoke to my brother today about trying different routines and he said he does HST - full body workouts 3 times a week, doing two sets of reps per muscle each workout. He has been doing weights for about 3 months and he has seen really good gains in size and strength and he has been doing HST from the start. I really like this idea and my brother has the same kind of genetics as me, we are the same height/build. From what I've been reading online, HST is the new scientific approach to muscle building. Have any of you guys tried it? |

| Progressing | Full Body workouts work well for Beginners, imo. As long as the volume isn't too high, which from what you've told me here, seems to be ok. As a beginner, you're going to grow anyways. Make sure to mostly just do the basics, eat lots of clean food, get lots of quality sleep, hit it hard ... You'll grow like a weed. You might want to ease into it your first week, just a thought. Good luck. |
