starting out...

ok, I do some weights at home after college, but nothing special.

id like to concentrate on 3 main parts:

chest
arms
abs

i do some sit-ups as well, but id like more advice on how to get the best out of the sit-ups etc.

im about 5'7" and id say i weigh around 10 - 11 stone.

any advice would be welcome!

IMO you would be better to work all of your body parts, (back, chest, legs, arms, abs, shoulders).

Definately train your back, since will help maintain your posture, because as your chest and abs grow your shoulders will want to pull forward, and your back will be pulling the shoulders back.

If you want to grow train legs! It is a must mate.

Have a look around the forum, there are lots of threads on workouts and exercises.
