![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Tatyana post op I am contemplating breast implants in the near future. Knowing that our Tatyana here has just undergone such a procedure, there is nobody more suitable than herself to help me out a bit on this subject. I used to be a C cup but lost it all and down to an A cup post 3 pregnancies/childbirth and obviously dedicated bodybuilding. I would like implants to give me back what my lifestyle has taken away from me. I don't intend to go overboard but a size that suits my frame. I also don't want that stiff balloon/melon look. Tatyana, how do yours look? I have seen your av pic with you lying down so can't really tell how they "hang". Are they under or over muscle? Does the skin around your breasts feel tight? Is nipple sensitivity same as pre op? How do they feel to the touch? Did you have the scar under the breasts or at nipple line? How tender were you post op and how long for? How many times a year do you need to have them checked medically? How can you check for any lumps from now on? When you train your chest, do you have to go easy now? Do you have to change your chest routine to compensate for the implants? I hope I am not intruding Tat but your replies would help me to no end babe! Thank you.

I will post all the surgeons I saw, and one does LOADs of FBBs. It does depend on your frame. I had 370 cc put in and now I am a 34 D/DD. Another one of the hunnies had 300 cc in and that is a D on her. One figure huney had 600 cc put in and they don't look that much bigger than mine. See loads of surgeons, ask around for good ones, and DON:T PUT IT OFF if you want it done. I have NO REGRETS. Who would have thought that a couple of bags of silicon could make someone so happy, but it has! x x x T | |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just to add my male voice to matters, I'm all for it; you go, girls!! I only hope my future Mrs agrees to it; but if I were involved (either as the receiving wife or the paying husband) my first question would be, "Can anything be done to avoid that 'silicone' thinness of the skin?" I can tell silicone from flesh, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. That said, good big silicone breasts are better than good small natural ones. KS |

KS That 'thiness of the skin' thing happens when the skin is stretched and too big an implant put in. I saw one plastic surgeon I really really liked, got on with him famously, he had done my friends which looked GReAT. However, he was willing to put in 100 cc MORE than I have now. Two of the surgeons I saw who are really top docs said 'DON:T go over 400 cc' I don't think my skin has changed at all! x x x T |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Tat, you are amazing! Thank you for the frank replies. Greatly appreciated and I would prefer to go to the one you engaged for your implants. May I ask, why didn't you opt for saline as opposed to silicone?

Like you said, I would prefer to go for Tat's doctor as she has done a lot of research and knows "the score".

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | LOL Jay, I thougth you had seen pics! 400 cc I think was due to stretching and asthetics. Saline is the thing the Americans do, and one reason under the muscle became so popular cause you can see saline implants more. So does not mimic really breast tissue and they can grow bacteria. So some docs, this is from memory in some cases, so fees may be wrong. Jeya Prakash-Harley Street He was GREAT and a practicing Buddhist. He did Jordan's first two breast ops before she went HUGE (he refused to do them), and rumour has it, Nicole Kidman's nose. Sorry can't find any more details. Consulatation was 90 pounds. I would have gone with him except he made me promise I would not build any more muscle. So as I couldn't keep, couldn't go with him. OH yah, he won't operate on smokers either. Alex Karides www.niptuck.co.uk 0207 432 8727 St. John and St. Elizabeth Hospital, St. John's Wood, NW 8 Originally from Canada, has done loads of telly and magazine appearances. Some people think he is great, I didn't 'click' with him and was not impressed with the work he showed me. He also said he would go under the muscle for the size I am, which is a BIG NO NO for women who train. He no longer does any work in the NHS. Consultation: think it was 75 pounds Mark J.B. Gittos 108 Harley Street 0870 766 8388 Nuttfield Hospital, Brentwood Essex 0845 100 1222 Originally from NZ, he did one of my girlfriends breasts. REALLY nice guy, I got on with him like a house on fire. He does LOADS of breast ops, I have heard him mentioned for good results quite a few times. He also knew that you can't go under the muscle if women train. He is doing 3-4 page 3 girls right now for free to show how natural implants can look (I have heard). Consultation 140 quid Mark Pereira I have heard he is one of England's formost breast reconstructive surgeons. He has done quite a few female bodybuilders. He consults in more than one place, however surgery is at the McIndoe Surgical Centre Holte Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex SH19 01342-330-357 Consultation is 125 pounds My Doc Dr. Nigel Carver Works mainly out of Holly House Hospital, High Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9, 5Hx 0208 505 3311 www.hollyhouse-hospital.co.uk He teaches at the Royal College of Surgery. I went with him as he was well aware of the needs of a bodybuilder AND he was doing things a bit differently, like using a liquid silcon implant instead of the cohesive gel (gives that really round 'stuck on' look on FBB IMHO) and also suggested this partial submuscular (muscle FASCIA or covering) rather than under the muscle, to hide implant when I am dieted down. Consultation FREE, as some outrageously high percentage of people book with him. Most other surgeons will deduct the consultation fee if you go with them. Also good idea to go with a surgeon who still does NHS work, is registered with BAPS (British Association of Plastic Surgeons), there is a website, and with the Royal College of Plastic Surgeons. x x x T |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Tatyana post op I had mine done 4 years ago. At first they looked big as i was so small back then. They put mine under the muscle as i had little fat to stretch into. It took me about a year to get strong on chest again and i lost sensation in my right nipple. (Thats why i decided to get a nipple ring there, cos i thought i wouldnt feel it......ooooh how could i have been so wrong!) Im planning to go bigger at the end of this year, and to change it to over the muscle, as my ribs are getting squashed due to my muscle pushing down on them. Im very excited and looking forward to it, although i know ill have to sacrifice training for a while |
