Before implants, I would do more incline, bench and flys, mostly with dumbells. I rarely rarely rarely did decline stuff. With implants, they are over the muscle, however only upper chest is really needed. I will still do some flat stuff for strength. Chest is my least favourite, even though I did like my pecs for awhile (cause that was basically all I had). Love my BREASTS more! Really there is no reason for women to train any differently than men for anything. Sometimes the girlies have to take it a bit easier on legs, cause if you are a girlie that builds legs, they can get MASSIVE quite quickly! x x x T |

| Miss UK-Muscle Siren | i agree with T there about training legs, legs have always been both my stongest bodypart and the quickest part to grow only problem i have is my ass grows with them, lol.

There are some girls that are hardgainers with the legs. Depends on the class they compete in, but usually HUGE QUADS on girls is not wanted. x x x T YES a nice bootie on a boy is GREAT. Some have to grow a bootie. |

I'm curvy and like it but would like to pull in the abs more and get the waistline smaller if it is possible. ![]() Maybe I'll be looking for new breasts, too as I lose the fat. Are there any free weight exercises that work the booty to make it a nice shaped booty but do not hammer the quads?
