Ladies chest workout..

Are girls suppose to work out their chest... Like incline db and flat bench dumbells?

Yes, some women train chest exactly like men.

Before implants, I would do more incline, bench and flys, mostly with dumbells.

I rarely rarely rarely did decline stuff.

With implants, they are over the muscle, however only upper chest is really needed.

I will still do some flat stuff for strength.

Chest is my least favourite, even though I did like my pecs for awhile (cause that was basically all I had). Love my BREASTS more!

Really there is no reason for women to train any differently than men for anything.

Sometimes the girlies have to take it a bit easier on legs, cause if you are a girlie that builds legs, they can get MASSIVE quite quickly!

i agree with T there about training legs, legs have always been both my stongest bodypart and the quickest part to grow only problem i have is my ass grows with them, lol.

More women seem to have great legs. There are some girls that are hardgainers with the legs.

Depends on the class they compete in, but usually HUGE QUADS on girls is not wanted.

I have to watch my legs. I have very good leg genetics for mass in the legs.
My weak area is my abs and bum.

I'm curvy and like it but would like to pull in the abs more and get the waistline smaller if it is possible.

Maybe I'll be looking for new breasts, too as I lose the fat.

Are there any free weight exercises that work the booty to make it a nice shaped booty but do not hammer the quads?

I know that's so true but everytime I train legs I get carried away. Currently my thighs are rubbing again when I walk and I don't like it!:boohoo:

Back to the topic: Yes I train my chest same way as the guys do. Bench press, DB incline/flat/decline flys, chest press machine etc. If you can perform the move you do it regardless.

squats, tensing throughout the whole movement, makes me get DOMS in my bottom.

or, if u have acess to one, hamstring curls on "hamstring machine" puts the bottom into play a bit
