![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | This just a guess, and i know several hard training women on other forums specially USA - it depends on your bodyfat levels as to menstrual cycles, i see them complain going into comp phases about this, but in offseason they don't complain. |

You have to watch it though, you don't want a period for a comp as then you HOLD WATER, as I so found out on my last comp. Owner of gym said, what happened, you were way more cut 3 days before when you were practicing in gym, and I had to reply "Blob". I think some girlies take the morning after pill before really major comps, like 2 weeks, just to make sure they don't get it. Cause it can really smooth you over. I don't want to take any of those yucky tablets, so I just hope to drop my body fat enough. x x x T |
