![]() | Starting back after 6 years Hi there, First time on the forum. I used to be in fairly good shape and trained solid for 5 years. Got into decent nick and was taking all the supplements of the time peroid and taking gear 2. I sustained and Injury and stopped training 6 years ago and never went back save a week here and there. Anyway I,ve just re-joined the gym and wanted some General advice on getting back into shape after such a long lay off. Any advice with regards training diet etc would be appreicated. I was 15 stone at 5ft 9 in shape 6 years ago but am now 14 stone out of shape. Best Wishes Bob |
