![]() | help with legs and shoulders hi guys, just wondering if anyone can recommend the most effective legs and shoulder exercises please. I'm at the point that I'm happy with my biceps, chest, back, tri's etc. I just feel that my shoulders and legs are lacking, my legs are ok but I do want them to be bigger. My shoulders are relatively poor in comparison to my arms and chest so I need to get them up to standard ![]() All advice welcome |
