| Head of UK-M's neighbourhood boob watch. | When working out say doing Back/Bi's or Chest/Tri's. Should I be doing the major muscle group first say all my back stuff first, DB rows, chins etc..then finish off with db curls for biceps. Because I assume that the little muscles (biceps) will tire out quicker than my back therefore hinder my back work and i wont be able to tire out the back muscles. Same for chest/tri's.
