Question Which exercises first?

When working out say doing Back/Bi's or Chest/Tri's.

Should I be doing the major muscle group first say all my back stuff first, DB rows, chins etc..then finish off with db curls for biceps.

Because I assume that the little muscles (biceps) will tire out quicker than my back therefore hinder my back work and i wont be able to tire out the back muscles.

Same for chest/tri's.

Yes, if you feel the need to specifically work a small muscle group after a larger one, hit the heavy compound work first.
