![]() | Help Is it realistic to expect to see gains in six weeks if you are just starting Bulking ....also is it best to have a specific idea of how much you want to gain and to track progress eg by body fat measurements etc If i do want to gain should i bulk for three weeks then cut or just bulk? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Mate it will come i'm 22 and untill 7mths ago i had never been to a gym before and my weight was 11 stone i got up to 12 and a quarter naturaly within probley 5mths all u need to do is eat eat eat but eat the right things not just junk and protein is very important, you will get there with patiance.There are many helpfull people on here and i'm sure if you are serious and ask nice someone would look over you diet.Goodluck ![]() |
