That way you wont be giving the supplements un-due credit for you gaining your lost muscle rapidly(muscle-memory) and you can better gauge what response you have with whatever supplement you choose to take once you have got yourself to a level where you need an extra hand so to speak. Supplements are just that, they supplement your training but they wont do anything if your diet and training is not in order. Make sure you hit the ball head on before you risk running from base and finding yourself caught out because you havent covered all the most simple of angles mate - Because that doesnt cost a thing. ![]() | norateen Yeah, I tried it. Didn't notice at the time but was lifting heavier that I could when I stopped using it and the only reason I gave up on norateen was because I nearly choked on the size of the pills!! But, you can always cut them in two.... Otherwiase fairly impressed. Muscly Trojan from www.nevasouthcentral.co.uk |

That's like saying a brain cell (neuron) turned into a skin (epithelial) cell. Muscle is multi nucleated and only either hyper or hypo trophies. SO people do go on this thing of muscle memory. If your muscle has been bigger (hypertrophy) it will do so again quite quickly. You will probably will get bigger faster than a newbie, but be patient, it will take time. Respect T |
