Prob better to post up your routine in the training section and let ppl discuss your whole diet and workout, this way we can see what you do in the gym and if you take any supps/gear to help you out. I have 4 days off as I am trying to bulk and gain lean mass, I need to eat loads to gain weight so I eat a lot of cals and rest loads to allow my body to use the food to rebuild my muscles cause I lift heavy and always compound excercises to failure. Good Luck
