how many days should u have per week out of the gym juices or not for maximum size

depends how the rest of your lifestyle compares.

1. stessful/labour intensive job?
2. nutrition
3. sleep
4. level of intensity in the gym

and loads more to boot.

personally, i only owrkout 3 days a week, for aout 1hr or less each time. so i guess i have 4 rest days per week

same here - 3 days in the gym a week...

i might do cardio on the off days if i feel like it or if i'm cutting...

Toughie mate! Really depends on the workout and the routine, also depends on the person's diet and 'juice' will play a major part too....

Prob better to post up your routine in the training section and let ppl discuss your whole diet and workout, this way we can see what you do in the gym and if you take any supps/gear to help you out.

I have 4 days off as I am trying to bulk and gain lean mass, I need to eat loads to gain weight so I eat a lot of cals and rest loads to allow my body to use the food to rebuild my muscles cause I lift heavy and always compound excercises to failure.
