My results After roughly 2months of training... some advice needed..

Ok my stats
Age: 20
Height: 6"2

as at 11/02/06
measurments:
neck=40cm
right & left bicep= 34cm
chest=112cm
waist(beer belly)=96cm
thigh=61cmcalf=42cm
calf=42cm
forearm=29cm

as at 28/03/06
neck=40cm
right & left bicep= 35.5cm
chest=106cm ????
waist(belly)= 98cm ??
thigh=62cm
calf=42.5cm
forearm=30cm

My routine for this period was... monday wednesday friday

Monday
10mins tredmill as warm up
bench press 4*8
incline press 4*8
close grip press 3*8
tricep push down 3*8

Wednesday
10mins tredmill
bent over barbell rows 4*8
lat pull down 4*8
barbell curls 3*8
hammer curls 3*8

Friday
10mins tredmill
squats 4*10
lunges 4*10
shoulder press 4*8
lat raises 4*8

OK so ive seen improovment in arms and legs but i dont know why ive lost 6cm off my chest and put on 2cm on my belly! I've started a new routine on monday which is as follows... Please someone alter it if need be so i can reduce my belly. I have also been fairly strict on my diet eating alot of fish/chicken/turkey with alot of veg.

New routine

Monday
10min tredmill
Bench press 4*6
incline press 4*6
dumbell flys 3*8
hammer curls 4*8
e-z curls 4*8
Standing dumbell curl drop set.
10min tredmill

Wednesday
10min tredmill
Shoulder Press 4*6
Lat raises 4*6
Barbell shrugs 3*10
10min tredmill
squats 4*8
leg curl 4*10
leg ext 3*10
lunges 3*10
10min tredmill

Friday
10min tredmill
barbell rows (bar only) 1*20
pull ups 4*Faliure
lat pull down 4*6
barbell rows 4*6
close grip press 4*8
tricep cable pull downs 4*8
dips 2*Failure
10min tredmill

When you start to lose weight which is what's happening the excess fat will go, as in why you've lost size off your chest, unless it was solid muscle before, In which case I'm wrong. You'll find that the last place to lose any excess will be the waist area.

you also lose abit of size when you've toned up ..things dont sag anymore which in turn affects the tape...unc
