![]() | One bigger than the other? I have been training hard and eating right for nearly a year, and have seen awsome changes, but have lately started to notice one of my Traps is larger than the other? I train Traps with shoulders or just after shoulders, doing heavy shrugs followed by up-right rows, variating between barbell, dumbells and machine. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to fix it? Any advice? |

So I use dumbells as much as possible so that each side works as much as the other. |

| Made in Liverpool | could be an problem with your posture? if your not holding your self properly when standing up right, i can see this could cause an inbalance

![]() | ive kinda got the same problem. your traps are noticable when your shoulders plates are moved upwards. i seem to be only able to move my left, which also sticks out more than my right. it looks like i only have the trap muscle of my left |
