| Head of UK-M's neighbourhood boob watch. | When you guys go on about deads and them being a good mass builder etc..etc.. What deads are you talking about Is it your normal Deadleft?, Straight Leg Deadlift?, Romanian Deadlift?

![]() | Trust if getting big is your sole aim then you cant go wrong by adding the big basics to your routine. Bench Press, Deadlifts and Squats ect as these rev your metabolism thus stimulating all over muscle grwoth. Happy Training mate. |
