![]() | Martial Arts on training days? It just so happens that the two days where I have afternoon off work (Tues & Thurs) are the two days I go martial arts class... Tuesday I go to Wing Chun and Thursday I go the Mixed Martial Arts class. Is this a bad idea? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think it all depends on how intense your martial arts classes are. I know for a fact when i would do intense ninjitsu classes incorparated on the same day as my very intense training days it would slightly effect my gains - And i wouldnt call myself a hardgainer either. Just airing slightly on the side of caution if your training levels are very intense. If not... Train harder. MP.

Your body will adapt to the stresses in the long run and then the gains will be nice and lean.. Shoot for a 50/50 split of carbs and protein in your post workout drink and go for an extra 1000-1600 cals total for the two drinks on your training days only |
